ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE

Delivery normally takes one day [if ordered before 12pm]. Delays may occasionally happen outside our control. We work on Monday - Friday, so no orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday. However products which are being sourced from china take 7-15 days.

TRACKING

Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

DELAYS

Courier or supplier delays can sometimes happen. We will provide updates where available.

CORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address during Stripe checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
